Movement Snacks: HUGE NEWS!

Hey Reader, I have big news. For the past 8 weeks, I've been working really hard on something and I've been itching to tell you about it, but I had to keep it under wraps until today. I BUILT AN APP! And it's finally available for everyone who wants to use it, today. My app is called Strength in Midlife -- A Daily Movement App for Aging Well. I created this app for women in perimenopause (and also those who are postmenopausal), who want to feel stronger as they get older by building a daily movement practice that includes strength training. Inside the app you'll find strength training workouts, yoga flows, and mobility practices, as well as a library stocked with restorative and therapeutic practices when you need them. And as always, the practices are brief -- each clocking in at 10-20 minutes long -- so you can fit them easily into your day. The cool thing about the app is that it is customizable to your needs and choices. You can opt to do 2 strength workouts with weights per week and have the rest of the classes be core, yoga, and mobility. Or you could opt for 3 or 4 strength workouts per week. The good news is, you don't have to build the movement schedule yourself. The app, built by me, will create it for you using videos I made for you.
